Consolidated version of the Protocol (No 6) on the Statute of the Court of Justice annexed to the Treaty on European Union, to the Treaty establishing the European Community and to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community adopted at Nice on 26 February 2001 and last amended by Article 11 of the Act concerning the conditions of accession of Bulgaria and Romania of 25 April 2005.
