Resolution (76) 3 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (18 February 1976)
Text On 18 February 1976, using its power to determine its internal organisation and, in particular, that of appointing advisory or technical committees, the Committee of Ministers adopts a Resolution concerning committee structures, terms of reference and working methods.
