EEC Council Decision on standardisation of the duration of trade agreements with third countries (9 October 1961)
Text With this Decision of 9 October 1961, the Council of the European Economic Community (EEC) determines the duration of trade agreements between Member States and third countries, so as to ensure that they do not constitute an obstacle to the introduction of the common commercial policy at the end of the transitional period provided for by the Treaty.
