Draft Franco-Belgian report on the association of the Overseas Countries and Territories with the EEC (Brussels, 2 October 1956)
Text In October 1956, the French and Belgian authorities draw up a joint report in which they review the financial arrangement for the possible association of their overseas countries and territories with the European Economic Community (EEC). The report will be discussed on 15 November 1956 by the Committee of Heads of Delegation at the Intergovernmental Conference on the Common Market and Euratom.
