TextProtocol on the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions, annexed to the Treaty establishing the European Community by the Treaty on European Union of 7 February 1992. This Protocol was repealed by the Treaty of Amsterdam of 2 October 1997.
Code of good conduct for the COS (18 October 1996)
TextBy this Decision of 18 October 1996, the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions adopt, by joint agreement, rules for the exercise, within the common organisational structure (COS), of the powers conferred on the appointing authority by the Regulations applicable to officials and other servants of the European Communities.
Cooperation agreement between the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions (April-Mai 1999)
TextCooperation agreement between the Economic and Social Committee (ESC) and the Committee of the Regions (COR), approved by the ESC Bureau on 27 April 1999 and by the COR Bureau on 6 May 1999. The agreement is applicable from the entry into force of the Amsterdam Treaty and replaces the Protocol on the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions, repealed by the said treaty.
