Raffaele Vanni
Image Raffaele Vanni, former Secretary-General of the Union of Italian Workers (UIL), was President of the Economic and Social Committee (ESC) in Brussels from 1978 to 1980, having succeeded Fabrizia Baduel Glorioso who was elected to the European Parliament in June 1979.
