Information note from the General Secretariat of the Council on the deed of assignment of the Justus Lipsius Building (24 November 2003)
Texte On 24 November 2003, the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union informs the Committee of Permanent Representatives (Coreper II) that the draft text of the official deed of assignment of the Justus Lipsius Building has been finalised and that it should be signed before the end of 2003.
