Texte En juin 1948, le maréchal Vassili Sokolovski, commandant en chef de la zone d'occupation soviétique en Allemagne, condamne la réforme monétaire introduite par les Alliés occidentaux dans leur zone d'occupation et promulgue une série de mesures restrictives à l'encontre du nouveau Deutschmark.
