Council Regulation (EEC) No 1172/76 (17 May 1976)
Texte Following the Dublin Summit held on 10 and 11 March 1975, the Council adopts Regulation (EEC) No 1172/76 of 17 May 1976 establishing a correcting mechanism. This mechanism is applicable to any Member State which is forced to bear a disproportionate burden in the financing of the Community budget and which fulfils certain conditions.
