Conclusions of the Lisbon Extraordinary European Council (23–24 March 2000)
Texte On 23 and 24 March 2000, the European Council holds a special meeting in Lisbon to define a new strategic objective for the European Union in order to create more jobs and strengthen economic reform and social cohesion as part of a knowledge-based economy.
