Resolution adopted by UNRRA (1943)
Text In 1943, in Atlantic City, the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration (UNRRA) adopts a Resolution Relating to the Scope of the Activities of the Administration, which defines the role of military and civilian authorities in providing assistance to the countries devastated by the Second World War.
