Report on the bill authorising ratification of the Treaty establishing the ESM (14 February 2012)
Text Report drafted on 14 February 2012 on behalf of the Foreign Affairs Committee by French MP Henri Plagnol on the bill authorising ratification by France of the European Council Decision amending Article 136 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union with regard to a stability mechanism for Member States whose currency is the euro, and the bill authorising ratification of the Treaty establishing the European Stability Mechanism.
