Text Opinion No 1/2000 of the Court of Auditors of 5 October 2000 on a proposal for a Council Regulation amending the Financial Regulation of 21 December 1977 and separating the internal audit function from the ex ante financial control function (fifth paragraph of Article 24 of the Financial Regulation). Presented pursuant to Article 279 of the EC Treaty, it is therefore the result of mandatory consultation.
