Memorandum from the CDU/CSU on the reform of the CAP (28 April 2003)
Text On 28 April 2003, in response to the proposals from the European Commission on the reform of the common agricultural policy (CAP), the German conservative parties, the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and the Christian Social Union of Bavaria (CSU), issue a joint memorandum in which they set out their views on the reform of the common agricultural policy (CAP).
