Text On 27 November 1956, in an interview with the West Berlin radio station RIAS (Radio in the American Sector), Theodor Oberländer, the West German Minister for Refugees, describes the measures introduced by his Government to accommodate the Hungarian refugees fleeing Soviet repression.
