Text On 21 February 1957, in Bonn, Heinrich von Brentano, Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG), holds a press conference at which he outlines the implications for the future of Europe of the Treaties establishing the European Economic Community (EEC) and the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC or Euratom) signed by the Six on 25 March 1957 in Rome.
