European Council Decision 2011/199/EU amending Article 136 of the TFEU with regard to a stability mechanism (25 March 2011)
Text On 24 and 25 March 2011, the European Council formally adopts Decision 2011/199/EU amending Article 136 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union with regard to a stability mechanism for Member States whose currency is the euro. This decision is adopted in accordance with the simplified revision procedure set out in Article 48(6) of the Treaty on European Union.
