"Een stap naar transparantie" in Le Monde (18 december 2001)

Op 18 december 2001 verschijnt in het Franse dagblad Le Monde een artikel over de problematiek van de transparantie in de Raad van de Europese Unie. Het artikel geeft commentaar op de rechtszaak Raad tegen Hautala aangaande de toegankelijkheid van de documenten, waarover het Gerechtshof van de Europese Gemeenschappen een uitspraak moet doen.
