"De volgende 'Europese Raad'" in 30 jours d'Europe (januari 1975)
Text Dit artikel, verschenen in januari 1975 in het maandblad 30 jours d’Europe>, heeft een optimistische kijk op de “banalisering” van de Europese topconferenties, inmiddels geformaliseerd als “Europese Raad”. Door de bijeenkomsten, die van nu af aan driemaal per jaar zullen plaatsvinden, zal het meer routinematige en minder plechtige karakter van de Europese Raad de voorwaarden voor een geleidelijke vooruitgang van de Gemeenschap vormen, en haar vermogen tot politieke besluitvorming versterken.
