Conclusions of the Brussels European Council (16 and 17 December 2010)
Text Meeting in Brussels on 16 and 17 December 2010, the Heads of State or Government agree that the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be amended in order for a European Stability Mechanism to be established by the Member States of the euro area.
