Bill for an amendment to the Irish Constitution (2009)
Text After the Irish ‘no’ vote in the referendum held in June 2008, a new referendum is scheduled for 2 October 2009. On 8 July 2009, in order to ratify the Treaty of Lisbon, the Irish Government introduces a bill for the 28th amendment to the Constitution.
