TexteOn 5 July 1965, Jacques Delarue Caron de Beaumarchais, Head of Cabinet to French Foreign Minister Maurice Couve de Murville, sends a telegram to Jean-Marc Boegner, French Permanent Representative to the European Communities, giving him a series of instructions, in particular on the European Commission's activities and on French participation in meetings of the Councils of the European Economic Community (EEC), the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC) and of the Committee of Permanent Representatives (Coreper) of some study groups.
