Télégramme du bureau des Relations du Commonwealth sur les réactions soviétiques à la situation en Inde (Londres, 18 septembre 1947)
Text Le 18 septembre 1947, le bureau des Relations du Commonwealth informe Sir Terence Allen Shone, haut-commissaire du Royaume-Uni en Inde, de la réaction soviétique à l'égard de la situation en Inde. Il revient sur un article paru dans le quotidien soviétique Pravda, dans lequel Yuri Zhukov expose les troubles communautaires qui secouent l’Inde et le Pakistan. Selon le journaliste russe, ces violences sont une directe conséquence du plan de partition britannique et notamment de la division du Pendjab.
