Video Press conference held on 20 March 2006 in Brussels by Javier Solana, Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union (EU) and High Representative for the CFSP, and Fouad Siniora, Prime Minister of Lebanon. During the conference, they reaffirm their determination to strengthen the existing national dialogue and the reform programme already being implemented in this Mediterranean country.
