Gemeenschappelijke strategie 1999/414/GBVB van de Europese Raad (4 juni 1999)
Text De Europese Raad van Keulen van 3 en 4 juni 1999 neemt voor de eerste keer een gemeenschappelijke strategie aan. Het gaat hier om de eerste toepassing van dit instrument, ingesteld bij het nieuwe artikel 13 van het Verdrag betreffende de Europese Unie.
