Draft treaty towards European Union by the Dutch Presidency (Maastricht, 24 September 1991)
Text On 24 September 1991, as the Intergovernmental Conference on Political Union is held during the Dutch Presidency, a draft treaty towards European Union is presented. This supplements the draft established by the Luxembourg Presidency.
