Text Le 1er mai 1961, le haut-commissariat du Royaume-Uni au Lagos transfère au secrétaire d'État aux Relations du Commonwealth, Duncan Sandys, une dépêche en date du 13 mars 1961 du haut-commissaire adjoint du Royaume-Uni à Ibadan sur la situation économique du Nigeria de l'Ouest pendant les six premiers mois après l'indépendance du pays.
