Text Le 13 juillet 1947, le journal soviétique Pravda dresse un tableau critique des travaux de la Conférence de coopération économique européenne qui, sur invitation de la France, s'est ouverte la veille à Paris afin d'examiner les voies d'utilisation des crédits fournis à l'Europe par le plan Marshall.
