Ansprache von Georges Pompidou (Paris, 20. Oktober 1972)
Ton Auf Anregung des französischen Präsidenten Georges Pompidou versammeln sich die Staats- und Regierungschefs der Neun vom 19. bis 21. Oktober 1972 in Paris. Sie beschließen, die politische Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Europäischen Gemeinschaften zu intensivieren und setzen sich das Ziel, ihre Beziehungen bis 1980 durch die Schaffung einer Europäischen Union zu reformieren.
