Aide-mémoire américain (27 juin 1950)
Text Le 27 juin 1950, l'ambassadeur américain Alan G. Kirk remet au ministre des Affaires étrangères soviétique, Andreï Gromyko, un aide-mémoire, qui appelle Moscou à ne pas intervenir dans le conflit opposant la Corée du Nord et la Corée du Sud et à user de son influence pour mettre fin aux hostilités.
