Act ratifying the EAEC Treaty in the Netherlands (5 December 1957)
Text On 5 December 1957, the Staatsblad van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, Bulletin of Acts and Decrees of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, publishes the Netherlands’ act on the ratification by the Netherlands of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC or Euratom), as well as the annexes and additional protocols thereto, signed in Rome on 25 March 1957 and in Brussels on 17 April 1957 by the representatives of the six Member States of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC).
