‘The European Parliament wants to review the rules for financing the Union budget’ from Le Monde (31 March 2007)
Texte On 31 March 2007, following the European Parliament's vote on the report by Alain Lamassoure regarding the future of the own resources of the European Union, the French daily newspaper Le Monde considers the issue of the financing of the Union and outlines the two stages of reform proposed by the report.
