Texte This document, dated 6 March 1975, reports on the mission to Lisbon undertaken by two officials of the Council of Europe from 17 to 22 February. During this mission, the representatives of the Portuguese Provisional Government were informed of the possibilities for cooperation available to countries which do not belong to the organisation.
