Texte Speech by Giuseppe Carbone, doyen of the heads of the national audit institutions of the European Union, concerning cooperation between the European Court of Auditors and the national audit institutions. The speech was delivered on 13 October 1997 during a ceremony to mark the 20th anniversary of the European Court of Auditors, held in the new hemicycle of the European Parliament.
