Note from the Spanish Embassy to Rome on the Paris meetings of NATO and WEU (13 December 1956)
Texte In a letter dated 13 December 1956, the Spanish Ambassador to Rome informs his Foreign Minister of the opinions expressed at the meeting of the Council of Western European Union (WEU), held in Paris on 10 December 1956, on the various political and diplomatic options for the possible future distribution of roles between the United States and the states of Europe in terms of Western defence.
