Texte In 1957, Frantz Wilhelm Wendt, Secretary-General of the Danish delegation to the Nordic Council, gives an account of the development in relations between the Member States of the Nordic Council and outlines the decisions adopted at the end of its inaugural meeting in Copenhagen on 13 February 1953.
