Decision adopted by the Foreign Ministers (Luxembourg, 17 February 1986)
Texte On 17 February 1986, on the occasion of the signing of the Single European Act in Luxembourg, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, meeting in the framework of European political cooperation, adopt provisions concerning the practical application of certain aspects of Title III of the Act.
