Charter of Paris for a new Europe (Paris, 21 November 1990)
Texte Meeting in Paris from 19 to 21 November 1990, the Heads of State or Government of the countries participating in the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) undertake to achieve the objectives of democracy, peace and unity in a new, post-Cold War Europe. In particular, they recognise the need to develop the structures of the CSCE through the establishment of permanent institutions.
