Barcelona Declaration (27 and 28 November 1995)
Texte Meeting in Barcelona on 27 and 28 November 1995, the Euro-Mediterranean Ministerial Conference adopts a joint declaration which establishes the aims and working methods of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership.
