Victor Larock, The seat of the European Communities (1958)
Text In September 1958, in the fortnightly journal Socialisme published by the Belgian Socialist Party, Victor Larock, Belgian Foreign Minister, outlines the way in which the City of Brussels was, at least temporarily, chosen by the Six to accommodate the institutions of the European Communities.
