The DIPECHO programme in Nicaragua: the example of theatre (2005)
Image Example of humanitarian action financed by the European Union. DIPECHO is disaster-preparedness programme; it shows that simple, inexpensive preparatory measures — such as acting out a play, as seen here — are extremely effective in limiting damage and saving human lives during a catastrophe.
