Signatures appended to the Saar Treaty (27 October 1956)
Image The Franco-German Treaty signed on 27 October 1956 in Luxembourg settles the Saar question and provides for the political reintegration of the territory into the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) on 1 January 1957.
