Signature of the Treaty establishing the Benelux Union (The Hague, 17 June 2008)
Image On 17 June 2008, the Governments of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg sign the Treaty revising the Treaty establishing the Benelux Economic Union of 1958. When the treaty comes into force in January 2012, the Benelux Economic Union becomes the Benelux Union.
