Text On 19 October 1956, with a view to the meeting of the six Member States of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), to be held on 20 and 21 October 1956 in Paris, the Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) sets out its position on the progress made in the work of the Intergovernmental Conference on the Common Market and Euratom.
