Programme for the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union (first semester 2010)
Text The State Secretariat for the European Union publishes the programme for the fourth Spanish Presidency of the European Union, to be held in the first six months of 2010, which would be particularly dominated by the economic crisis and the implementation of the Lisbon Treaty.
