Video Press conference held in May 2006 in Brussels by Javier Solana, Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union (EU) and High Representative for the CFSP, and Milo Djukanovic, Prime Minister of the Republic of Montenegro. During the conference, they comment on the outcome of the referendum held on 21 May 2006 concerning the independence of Montenegro and its implications for the Western Balkan region.
