Summary report on the debates and resolution by the Italian Senate on the future of Europe (Rome, 28 November 2001)
Text On 28 November 2001, on the basis of the report by the Third Committee and Council for European Community Affairs, the Italian Senate holds a debate on the future of Europe and adopts a resolution inviting the government to ask the Laeken European Council to draft a federal constitution by setting up a Convention.
