Text On 13 December 1956, the Ad-Hoc Overseas Territories Group in the Common Market Committee at the Intergovernmental Conference on the Common Market and Euratom reviews the negotiations under way on the question of the possible association of the overseas countries and territories (OCTs) with the future European Economic Community (EEC).
