Text On 4 July 1969, Louis George Rabot, Director-General of Agriculture at the Commission of the European Communities (CEC) submits a note to Sicco Mansholt, Vice-President of the CEC, in which he speculates on the consequences of certain commercial agreements concluded by the Member States with state-trading countries.
