MAPE headquarters in Tirana (1997–2001)
Image Headquarters in Tirana of the Multinational Advisory Police Element (MAPE), sent by Western European Union (WEU) to Albania, where between 1997 and 2001 it was responsible for advising and training the Albanian authorities, particularly during the influx of Kosovar refugees in 1999.
